Chongqing Shengyan Energy Co., Ltd. applied to Qijiang Federation of trade unions on August 2, 2021 to establish a joint grass-roots trade union committee, which was approved on August 3, 2021. According to the relevant provisions of the trade union law of the people's Republic of China and the articles of association of China's trade union, Shengyan company held the first employee congress of the joint grass-roots Committee on August 24. Yan Wei, chairman of the trade union, menchuang, economic reviewer, Luo houqin, publicity member, pan Yichun, female employee member, and some employee representatives of the company attended the meeting.The meeting was officially held at 9:30 a.m. in the conference room of the company. The first item of the meeting was read out by Comrade menchuang, the economic reviewer, the reply of Qijiang Federation of trade unions. In the second item of the conference, Comrade Luo houqin, the publicity member, publicized and implemented the duties of the members of the trade union committee and issued a sincere appeal, "I hope all members can pursue their positions, truly solve problems for employees, and set an example in work and life".

In the third item of the Congress, Comrade Yan Wei, chairman of the trade union, delivered a speech and put forward some suggestions on trade union work in the future. First, we should strengthen learning, improve ability and constantly strengthen the construction of trade union organizations; Second, we should clarify responsibilities, highlight key points and serve the overall situation more effectively; Third, we should do a good job in trade union work according to law; Fourth, to activate the spiritual and cultural life of employees; Fifth, we should vigorously carry out the construction of workers' homes.

In the fourth item of the conference, all the staff at the venue stood up, played the National Anthem of the people's Republic of China, and all the staff paid attention to the ceremony. Accompanied by solemn songs, they sang silently in their hearts to express the heartfelt wishes of all the staff to the great party and the motherland.

For the fifth item of the conference, the human resources department, the finance department and the general affairs department will explain and explain the 19 rules and regulations (Draft for comments) of their responsible sections; Secondly, the staff and workers' Congress will ask questions about the doubts and incomprehensions in the rules and regulations (Draft for comments), put forward plans and opinions after discussion and raise hands to vote; Finally, the company determined the rules and regulations of the human resources, finance and general affairs department in combination with the plans and opinions of the employee representatives, and organized the employee representatives to review the rules and regulations.After careful review by the representatives attending the meeting, the employee representatives agreed that the 19 rules and regulations of the human resources, finance and general affairs department had fully considered the plans and opinions of the employee representatives on the draft on the basis of the draft, which reflected the will of the employees and democracy, and were determined to be promulgated and implemented on August 24, 2021.
